Fall is fast approaching, and while I already miss summer and all that it entails, I have to admit that I’m excited for scarf season. I love scarves! They’re my favorite way to dress up an outfit. As I accumulated a collection, I quickly realized I needed a way to store and display them. Sure I could buy a scarf holder, but why buy something when you can make it? I have some alarming news, we’re almost halfway through August, which means that summer is almost over. How does time pass so quickly? One of the four weddings I attended was in Madison – yay for not having to travel! My friends had a beautiful, intimate, and down to earth ceremony. They said they didn’t want any gifts, but not one to always follow the rules I decided to make them a gift anyway. Continue reading “Wisconsin Pallet Cutout”

I’m always looking for ways to be environmentally friendly, from what I eat, to the products I have around my home, to constantly pestering of coworkers to get them to recycle. There are so many little things you can incorporate into your life that are easy to do and while they may not help a ton, every little bit counts.
